Transaminase (ATA)
Enzymes: Su ne macromolecular nazarin halittu catalysts, mafi yawan enzymes sunadaran gina jiki.
Transaminases: Wani nau'in enzymes wanda ke haifar da canja wurin amino tsakanin amino acid da keto acid.Transaminases sune mahimman enzymes na halitta a cikin haɗin asymmetric da ƙudurin tseren chiral amines.
Aminotransferase za a iya raba kashi hudu bisa ga jeri da tsari: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ da Ⅳ.ω-aminotransferases na cikin aji II transaminases, yawanci ana amfani dashi a cikin shirye-shiryen amines na chiral da amino acid marasa dabi'a, irin su β-amino acid.
ω-aminotransferases: A mafi yawan lokuta, ω-transaminase yana nufin wani nau'in enzymes, cewa catalytic ammonia canja wurin halayen ba tare da α-amino acid a matsayin substrate ko samfur.
