Transaminase (ATA)
Enzymes: Su ne macromolecular biostimulators, yawancin enzymes sunadarai ne.
Transaminases: Wani nau'in enzymes ne da ke haɓaka amino acid da ke canzawa tsakanin amino acid da keto acid. Transaminases sune manyan enzymes na halitta a cikin haɗin da ba a daidaita ba da kuma ƙudurin launin fata na chiral amines.
Ana iya raba aminotransferase zuwa azuzuwa huɗu bisa ga tsari da tsari: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ da Ⅳ. ω-aminotransferases suna cikin transaminases na aji na II, waɗanda ake amfani da su sosai wajen shirya chiral amines da amino acid na halitta, kamar β-amino acid.
ω-aminotransferases: A mafi yawan lokuta, ω-transaminase yana nufin wani nau'in enzymes, wanda ke canza halayen ammonia mai catalytic ba tare da α-amino acid a matsayin substrate ko samfur ba.

➢ Ya kamata a yi gwajin enzyme don takamaiman substrates saboda takamaiman substrates, kuma a sami enzyme wanda ke haɓaka substrates ɗin da aka nufa tare da mafi kyawun tasirin catalytic.
