➢ Yawanci, tsarin amsawa ya kamata ya haɗa da substrate, maganin buffer (pH mafi kyawun amsawa), coenzymes (NAD (H) ko NADP (H)), tsarin farfadowa na coenzyme (misali glucose da glucose dehydrogenase) da ES-NTR.
