➢ A al'ada, tsarin amsawar yakamata ya haɗa da substrate, maganin buffer, enzyme, coenzyme (NAD(H)), tsarin sake farfaɗo da coenzyme (misali ammonium formate da formate dehydrogenase).
➢ Kowace nau'in ES-PDH da ta dace da yanayi daban-daban na amsawar da ta dace, wanda za a iya yin nazarinsa daban-daban idan ya cancanta.
➢ Ya kamata a ƙara ES-PDH a ƙarshe a cikin tsarin amsawa don kiyaye aikin.
